FOUNDER

Rachel set up Cadmium Partners in 2020 and brings 17 years of global board-level search expertise. A highly trusted search partner to her listed, FTSE and scale-up clients, she also advises on managing succession, building pre-IPO board slates and making boards and leadership teams more diverse and effective. Sector expertise includes Consumer, Digital + Technology, Financial Services, FinTech, Cyber, Data and AI.

Rachel is also a qualified coach, having completed Meyler Campbell's Mastered Programme. She works with individuals and teams navigating change, transitions and boardroom dynamics.

Previously Rachel set up the Board Practice at Founders Forum's search arm and spent a decade with pre-eminent board boutique search firm JCA Group (now part of Heidrick & Struggles), leading on non-executive international search work for a wide range of clients including FTSE 100, 250, Private Equity, Venture Capital and regulators.

Rachel’s earlier career was in broadcasting and philanthropy, at the Clore Duffield Foundation and as a graduate management trainee and documentary producer for Carlton TV (now ITV).

Rachel has an MA from St Anne's College, Oxford University and is a Trustee of humanitarian nonprofit WJR.
